Health Evaluation 

Individual nutrition and wellness evaluation 60 minute duration

Health is defined not just by what we eat but by the health of our relationships, spirituality, physical fitness and our day to day schedule and lifestyle. Coaching can help you reach a place of balance. 

In our one on one session we have a discussion about your diet and weight history, lifestyle, medical conditions, medications and personal goals. You will receive and email with a summary of the consultation and individualized recommendations for attaining your goals based on your unique needs and food preferences. 

A client consult form must be completed and submitted prior to consultation. This is available on request or can be downloaded HERE.

Micro-nutrient status assessment 

Assessment of your vitamin and mineral status. Helps to determine any deficiencies in your diet

Micro-nutrients are dietary components, often referred to as vitamins and minerals, which although only required by the body in small amounts, are vital to development, disease prevention, and wellbeing. Micro-nutrients are not produced in the body and must be derived from the diet. Dietary diversity helps individuals receive a nutritionally-balanced intake of necessary vitamins and minerals however even those who eat a healthy diet are susceptible to micronutrient deficiencies.

12 week Heath optimisation /weight-loss program

Note: It is a pre-requisite to complete the health evaluation prior to starting the 12 week program

The nutrition industry is a minefield of misinformation and conflicting advice, which makes is easy to feel overwhelmed. I ensure that I stay up to date with evidence based science and research so I can deliver the correct information and most effective weight loss methods to my clients. 

Low carbohydrate/healthy fat (LCHF) diets have proven through numerous studies, to be the most effective for weight loss and for correcting many health markers. For this reason I recommend a LCHF approach to my clients. Eating plans can be individualised to allow clients to adapt low carb eating into their lifestyle and culture in ways that make the diet sustainable long term


Please note that I may require a referral from your medical practitioner should I have any concerns about your health. It is also important to work in conjunction with your practitioner if you are taking any medication that may be affected by dietary modification.
